You&#039;re insane.&quot; Well too bad for them if they can&#039;t get their head around it, because it is happening all around them and people are really beginning to expect at least the appearance of effectivity. My key word is effectivity. Citizens want to feel effective, and who can blame them after fifty years of post-war consumer manipulation, dial-testing and message boxing. We&#039;re all reeling and punch drunk from controlled messaging and, I think, would like to just chat, even if it is with the tell-tale slur...too much to say about this. Makes me mad.</description>
