There were a few cool individuals at Vancity who came pre-informed and pre-enthused about this stuff before we came along. They were the folks who championed the project from the beginning. But since we&#039;ve started working with them, the openness to innovation has been pretty much universal, all the way up the decision ladder. It&#039;s been very, very gratifying.</description>
