Category: Everything Else

Hey – this Tuesday, you can catch three powerful minds and me on a panel dealing with podcasting and social change. Here’s the poop:

When: Tuesday, July 8th, 5:30pm-7:30pm
Where: Workspace (400-21 Water Street) Vancouver BC
Price: FREE!
RSVP: Facebook, Meetup

Thanks to the amazing help of Dave Olson we are planning an awesome Net Tuesday event for Tuesday, July 8th! Get ready to learn from experts and podcast practioners about different ways Non-profits & Social Change orgs can use podcasts to spread their message. We will talk about what makes for great & easy podcasts (i.e. – repurposing stuff you are already making) and cover everything from planning to producing tips (with toys to demo!), and podcast promotion!

Our 3 All-Star Panelists:

John Bollwitt – podcaster and audio engineer
Rob Cottingham – social change technologist
Roland Tanglao
– mobile pundit and tech-evangelist

This event will be hosted/moderated by Dave Olson. Dave is the Community Evangelist for Raincity Studios, Community Manager for happyfrog.ca and noted renegade writer, podcaster and artist.

This event is totally FREE!  Please RSVP and invite your friends on Facebook and/or Meetup: (RSVPing is optional but helpful.)
