This week, when Alex upgraded her WordPress installation to the dazzling new version 1.5, something went wrong… and the backup she’d made turned out to be useless. Suddenly her blog was gone, gone, gone, with no prospect of recovery… except one: the slim hope that our hosting service had a backup and was willing to hand it over.
Wouldn’t you know it — flying colours. Ace of Space tech support came through, restoring her blog and the accompanying database with grace and ease, at a cost of exactly nothing.
