I’ve been remiss in not mentioning Geoff Meggs‘ candidacy for a Vision Vancouver council nomination.
I worked with Geoff while wearing my speechwriter hat more times than I can count, and was constantly amazed by his ability to leap from high-level strategy to the most detailed aspects of public policy – and by his passion for the public good.
Hell, he’s even a closet transit geek.
His love for Vancouver and the people who live here is endless, and it’s going to be a pleasure to vote for him on June 15th. If you’re a Vision Vancouver member, I hope you’ll consider doing the same.
