Know a Vancouver teen who'd like a scholarship to hacking camp next week?

This just arrived in my inbox. If you know a Vancouver teen with a yen for hacking the homestead, let them know today!

Just a heads-up that there are places (and scholarships) still available for VIVO’s “Hacking The Home” youth camp next week (Mon-Thurs 9am-4pm & Fri 9am-6pm). This is a week of hands-on learning about physical computing and interactive electronics for young hackers aged 13-18.

I am thinking about joining this right now, but I was informed about this today and it’s too late right now. On the website it says that I need to contact a person today because she is not working during the weekend. what should I do?

Jay, I’m sorry I didn’t see this earlier. I think your best bet may be to approach them on Twitter (@makermobile) or try getting in touch the very first thing on Monday. (Unfortunately, I’m not connected to the organization; I’m just a fan of what they’re doing.)
