October 26, 2010: WOW, that’s a lot of traffic today! Thanks for visiting and spreading the word, folks. As far as I can tell, this cartoon is either spreading by email, or was in someone’s (pretty large) email newsletter. Anybody know the source? I’d love to thank them.Oc
October 27, 2010: And the answer’s in. Commenter Patricia Washburn, below, explains the cartoon was posted to Systers, the legendary mailing list for women working on the tech side of computing, started by Anita Borg back in 1994. That couldn’t be more cool!

can i ask how you added the comic lineup thingy with the thumbnail pictures that's above the comic on your front page? is that a plugin?
Thanks for asking! It's the "recent comics" widget from the Webcomic plugin, in a sidebar area. I had to play with the CSS a little to get the thumbnails to float left, but I think it was worth the effort – the header's a lot cleaner now, and I get some useful info right up top.
This was mentioned yesterday on Systers, an international list for women in technology. Nice job!
Ah, mystery solved! Thanks for that, Patricia – and for the kind words. :)
